Welcome to Sara Sartagne's official website ("Site"). By accessing or purchasing from this Site, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions - please read them carefully.

Products and Sales

This site offers both digital products (e-books and downloadable content) and physical books. On successful payment, digital products will be delivered via a download link, most often sent by email. Physical books will be shipped to the address provided by you, the customer, during checkout.

Digital Products

In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have a 14 day right to change your mind and get a full refund on any digital content you buy, but this is waived if the download is provided immediately. You will not have the right to change your mind, nor get a refund, if you have already downloaded the content. You will only be entitled to a full refund when the digital content is completely unusable – for instance, an e-book can’t be downloaded. If you have any issues, please contact me directly.

Physical books

Also under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, physical good must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and match their description. Therefore, if your book arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 14 days of delivery, including a photo of the book and the date you ordered the book so I can resolve the issue quickly.

Intellectual property

All content on this Site, including digital and physical products, is the intellectual property of Sara Sartagne, and is protected by copyright law. You may not re-distribute, copy, modify, plagiarise, print out, sublicence or in any way share any of the products from this Site.

User conduct

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that might harm the Site or its users, or damage the Site's, or my, reputation.

Limitation of liability

We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use the products or the Site.
